Get to Know
Years of art lessons gave me a love for color, texture, and balance. As a business sustainability author and consultant, I relish the opportunity to provide new purpose to lovely vintage items. As a designer, I seek practical objects to embellish and rejuvenate.
My purse line features jewels, watches, lace, ribbon and whatever quality adornments I find. Only my feathers are new (fresher, cleaner, and all natural). I clean and repair as needed, and occasionally touch up metal with gold or silver leaf paint. The gems tend to be quality vintage pins and earrings. I frequently use Weiss, D&E, Coro, Trifari, Boucher, Les Bernard, and other superior fashion jewelry.
The purses are treasures I find in vintage stores, thrift stores, eBay, Etsy, Artfire, and estate sales. Some are real leather, other are felt, silk or synthetic materials. I mix and match beauties from the 40's through the 80's for a memorable purse that looks as good as you!
