Hello there. I learned to knit when I was about 11 using a couple of pencils and I've been designing since I was old enough to say 'I want to make that myself'! I'm primarily a fiber artist - I process and dye wool, spin, weave, tat, knit, crochet, freeform fiber artwork, design patterns, handcarve, dabble in woodburning, draw a webcomic etc, etc, lol, and teach. I have been self-publishing patterns for a few years now and I'm a regular contributor to the Pattern-a-Day calendars :)
