Irrational customer demanded prorated store credit for used merchandise and can't take no for an answer. She wrote 13 blanket negative feedbacks for ONE skein of yarn she couldn't get prorated store credit on. Would you stand on your head to service this shopping behavior in order to maintain positive feedbacks?
