This story is one about customer service, making sure your customer is happy and to be sure you can do what you say, and well I just gotta share.  Though it's not really a pen making tutorial, there are some tips in here that might be helpful if you wanted to try making pens.For me, polymer clay has become a rather obsessive hobby.  But just a hobby.
