Yesterday was yet another busy day, but that is OK, it was less 'wild'!! I don't mind busy, I don't mind hectic, but I really do like my schedule!!  I know that means I have an 'A type' personality....well, some people call it something else, but we'll go with 'A type', ok??!!!  :)   But, I did manage to get something new listed for today - and it is another one from my Grandmother's Stash!!  What do you think?  I just love it!  ALL the beads are from her stash....oh, thank you Grandma!! For those of you that follow me regularly you know all about my Grandmother's Stash that I received from my mom after my Grandmother's passing around Christmas time last year. I have yet to take photos of EVERYTHING, but I have been going through the TEN, yes, I said TEN boxes of STASH that I received! What a Fabulous Friday this is!  I have been working on some new creations this week - nothing is finished yet - and busy with life.  So, unfortunately I do not have a new creation for you to look at.  I'll show off something I finished a little while ago, just because I love it! Yes, for all of you that are superstitious,  it is FRIDAY the 13th!! For all of you that aren't, IT IS FRIDAY!!!!   My daughter is once again on the honor roll.  I am so very proud her.  I try to do something special for her each time and often it is something either I have made or I have ordered from one of my great crafting friends.  This little skateboarder was custom made by Magnolia Surprise.  She and I have been friends via our crafts and the Internet for quite some time and when she put a photo of a little gal on her skateboard up I knew I had to have one for Aye.  My daughter has skates, TWO skateboards and ... » Read More

Today is truly a fabulous day!  First I need to tell you what happened yesterday morning at the Apple store (you can read my tantrum from yesterday to understand more).  I had an appointment at 9am and let me tell you by 9am the store had about 12 workers and maybe 30 people.  Now after some questioning these 30 people were there for a number of reasons.  First reason - training.  Yes, Apple stores offer FREE training on how to use all your AMAZING products. Yesterday's Tantrum Thursday received a BUNCH of responses.  I am always amazed at how personal issues really hit home with my followers.  There were SO many people who agreed with me and said that technology in almost any form is OK for their kids, but that it is the parents responsibility to monitor that technology.  As this YEAR comes to a close I am just so shocked at all the things that have happened to my family, my business and even to me personally.  It has truly been a year of changes! Well, Christmas is almost here!  I have so many things to do still!  Today will be spent making chocolate covered 'things' and some other cooking.  I also have a baby blanket to finish, gifts to wrap and 'holiday drinks to drink'!!!  Yesterday the kids, my mom-in-law and I went to St. Augustine to the Night of Lights.  Usually we just drive around nicely lit neighborhoods and look at those lights, but this time we took the 'trolly' and I got to enjoy the lights too!  It was soooo beautiful!  The photos, of course, just don't do it justice.   Along with the trolley we were given a pair of 'snowflake' glasses that m... » Read More
