Spring garden/Easter 2013

I am so exited that spring is coming! My garden is already coming back to life. I am already getting blooms on my hibiscus bush. I am enjoying going out and watering my green babies. I will add a picture of the Blue Girl rose bush when it starts to leaf and bloom. My big tree out side my window is leafing again. ****My Blue Girl rose bush never leafed so the nursery replaced it with the Midnight Blue rose. I have been trying to decide what to write and decided to just go with my heart. I apologize if it strays off a bit or bounces a round. What I feel is very difficult to put into words.First off I want to say Happy Birthday to Jesus again. If it wasn't for your sacrifice hope an love would have not been born. I would not be the person I am with out you!I have been given so many gifts and blessings this year from loved ones and friends that I am in awe. I have come to notice every Christmas brings new blessings. No matter what we have gone through the rest of the year. I call it new hope, and being thankful for the good in our lives. Many of us have suffered hurt and heart ache some how some way.      Christmas isn't just celebrating Christs birth giving us a new hope and life and heart, but it is celebrating surviving the hurt and heart ache.  My rose bush is blooming and my flower bed is turning green! I have herbs, tomato, strawberries, roses and edible flowers to bring color to my porch. More plants are going to be added a little at a time. I now have added German thyme, an Angelface and Dark star bush. I made plant markers to add even more love to my plants.   Blue hibiscus! Veggie Tales!

One of my loves is a Christian cartoon called VeggieTales. The best way to explain them is animated vegetables teaching the word of God in a simple, fun and silly way. I am a proud to be a single adult that loves these wonderful cartoons (no matter how many funny looks I get when my phone rings...lol). I proudly admit to all that I love VeggieTales.   On my hardest days that everything seems to go wrong, Veggie Tales comes to the rescue and make me smile and giggle. Christmas 2011 was in way my first 'real' Christmas. I don't know if it was my big move to my new home, or the fact I have had long standing prayers answered. The joy I felt this year was truly a blessing. I know I am at the place I'm meant to be in my life now, and I love every moment of it. What I loved most is seeing so many loving caring people, with huge hearts. I'm backkkkkkkkk from moving!   Run for your lives!!!!It was a LONG day on 8-17-11! But so far everything is good! 1. Nothing is broken (yet or that I know of). 2. things are set up so I can get around and cook. 3. Internet was hooked up tonight! 4. No t.v till I get a longer cord so I can connect the attena to my t.v in the bed room. My cg is going to pick it up tomorrow. 5. My brain is still in a box some where. 6. Zorro is in shock over all this, but he is eating and drinking some. I'm still worried though he is still hiding under the head board most of the time and walks like he's stiff. 6. Inspiraton!

For a few months I have not been inspired to craft. That means painting and sewing. So my poor sewing machine has sat unused, and my paint brushes dry. I refuse to craft without my heart being involved. I would be betraying who I am and what my name means. I have to craft with my heart, or it doesn't get done. The trading event we had this weekend has inspired me to craft again. This weekend alone I have sewn three custom orders, four out of six studio projects, and painted two out of four of my paining projects. Most that know me can tell I have ADHD. Sleep is a rare thing for me. Here is what helps me get good sleep when I finally do get to reunite with my bed, and remember what sleep is. 1. Lavender and rose mixed together is a heavenly, relaxing scent. 2. No sugar or caffeine at night. I probably shouldn't have it any time! lol3. Blue is not only my favorite color.
