So this morning, I had the pleasure of waking up to see two of my cards had sold on ArtFire!!! I was shocked and amazed! I expected it to take awhile, or I'd have to buy some ads, like on Etsy, to get myself and my items out there more.However, thanks to my awesome AF friends and them sharing my works in collections, I have made my first sale and it is exhilarating! I feel more inspired to make more cards and items! That kinda feeling had left me for the last couple weeks, but now it's back with a vengence!So a big thank you to my AF friends! Starting my cardmaking business has had it's ups and down. None more so than my perfectionism. My perfectionism started early, having been raised in an abusive home where nothing was ever good enough for my father. From my handwriting to how I drove a car, he never praised me for anything.
