First felt slab off the table

Hubby and I drove 6 hours one way to bring the felting table home in the back of a Silverado pickup. Then my hay guy had to come over with his tractor with the big hay fork on to help us move it into the mill. What an adventure that was!
Anyway there it is the first 3 foot by 4 foot sheet of felt off the table. In this case it is about a quarter inch thick and made of some of my coarser coated girls fleeces with odds and sodds tossed on for interest. This sheet of felt will become lamb coats for use on babies next spring.
