If I've been quiet, it's because I've had the flu for the first week and a half of December and bronchitis the rest! Not fun, but we've managed to get all the Christmas shopping done and have been enjoying the season without the panic that can so easily attend the holidays, sickness aside. Some folks are complaining about the unseasonably mild weather, but I don't mind the lack of frigid winds and icy walks a bit, though a White Christmas is always welcome. We shall see!
Thank you for supporting my fledgling business and my work, and thank you very much for buying my art photography. I must say that you always surprise me, buying things I don't expect will be as popular as they end up being!
Yes, Ben looks really thrilled in his Christmas portrait. Nothing like a sad collie after he's binged on candy canes. ;) (Do not feed your dogs candy canes, I'm just fooling.)
Well, a very merry Christmas and happy Hannukah to you all. Enjoy the time spent with family and friends. Please don't forget to keep our troops and their families in prayer; they don't get holidays, and so many are away from home this time of year and no doubt dearly missing their loved ones!
Here are a couple of cheery videos for you. First is the incomparable Ella singing a favourite Christmas carol, and following you'll find a plain old cute and fun video of big cats "singing" "Jingle Bells" and playing with Christmas toys. Enjoy!
