Its that time of year that we try hard to start the new year out fresh with a new beginning. Making our resolutions and promising ourselves to make them stick .... yes I will this time, this year! We strive each year to fulfill those resolutions, but still somehow find that we have abandon them. Want to make those resolutions stick?
Start by choosing your resolution. I have made a list of ten of the most popular resolutions. You may have others that work for you. I have chosen four for myself (those are highlighted), but start with one if you wish. Don't overwhelm yourself and you will be able to succeed!
1. Stop Smoking
2. Staying Fit and Healthy
3. Lose Weight
4. Enjoy Life More
5. Quit Drinking
6. Organize Yourself
7. Learn Something New
8. Spend Less Money, Save More
9. Spend More Time With Family
10. Help Others
Now this is where the index card binder comes in handy. :) I use mine by writing my resolutions one on each tab. Health, Organize, Money, Family and I use the last one for my daily To-Do list. Now on the index cards under each tab you could for example .....
- Write down a list of all the little steps you have to take to reach your resolution.
- Each step can be written out on a separate card.
Don't forget to prioritize those steps.
