Hi! I've been purchasing products online for a couple of years now and never ever "stumbled upon" such an AMAZING seller!! The communication was AWESOME, shipping SPEEDY, and the customer service was something else!!! I had a weird situation. I had ordered another ring on the same day I ordered this one and the other ring didn't arrive and I thought it was this one. I contacted the seller and she ended up overnighting a brand new ring. When I realized what happened, I contacted seller and wished to pay for it, but she insisted I keep the ring as a free gift, and instead of getting upset with me, she was unbelievably understanding.
