I asked Patchtique to make an insulated lunch bag for me, and she accepted the request after asking a few questions to make sure she knew exactly what I wanted. The bag is perfect! The size is exactly right for my lunches, and she even added small pockets on the outside that are perfect for utensils, straws, etc.
As always, communication was excellent and friendly, shipping was speedy, and the product is flawless. She definitely knows her way around scissors, fabric, and her sewing machine!
