Seller is a very nice person, but she is also very busy. So unless you specify a date when ordering, do expect some delay. But she'd also try her best to accommodate if you contact her after placing the order for any questions & if you need the items by a certain time.
Shipping actually didn't take long (when the items are made and packed), and they're very well wrapped & protected, each item with its own gift box as well.
