I'm sure you won't share this comment, since all we see are the positive ones you've received, and we know you don't have 100% rating. I am certainly not going to go through this again. No communication, poor customer service. There's too much competition to put up with poor customer service. If you sell so much that you can't provide the service end of it, then hire someone. I'm very disappointed in this whole transaction.
