A great little spring or summer purse! I created this unique handbag from my collection of vintage linens. Hand embroidered white linen with cute little flowers and leaves were used to create this bag. The edges of the linens have blue crocheted lace, which add a feminine touch. So pretty! The back of the purse and strap is a modern quilters cotton in complimentary shades of blue, purple, pink and green. the flap comes over the back and I accented it with blue & pink vintage buttons. The interior of the purse is plain white cotton. The linens are reinforced with interfacing and there is thin batting between the layers to give the purse body.
