The colors of orange, burnt orange and gold are brought to life in this lovely journal. The original journal was completely stripped and recovered with the beautiful bright orange and gold tye-dye paper. After taking the spiral out, I stripped the covers down to the bare boards, recovered them and put the book back together, resulting in is this captivating journal. The colors of the cover paper play nicely off each other, the orange and burnt orange. Then the gold against those is another level of color that offers a nice shimmer and shine to the book. The insides of the covers are lined with a heavy weight bright orange paper to maintain the brightness the book has. The interior pages of the journal are lined and perforated for easy removal. The journal has 96 pages front and back or 48 single sided pages. The pages measure 6 7/8" x 4 3/8" (17.5 cm x11.1 cm) at the perforation. The journal measures 7" x 5.25" (17.8 cm x 13.3 cm) with the spine.
