Blood red triple strand garnet glass bead necklace:

This dark red beauty was made using deep, almost opaque, faceted red garnet Czech fire polished crystal round and oval beads.It is a simple and elegant piece, made with close attention to detail.

I formed a triangular pattern in the center with the rounds, flanked it with the ovals, and added Siam red Czech crystal bi-cone beads. These are all against blood red size 11 seed beads. I used rhodium tear-drop findings on the ends to keep each strand in its place.

This necklace finishes with a lobster claw clasp and measures, by the top strand, 19.5 inches. That measurement includes the clasp and teardrop findings. It also adjusts up to four more inches with an extension chain.
