PRIMITIVE FOLK ART WALL HANGING

This folk artsy quilted wallhanging features a "chesher like cat" that is larger than life!! Two "blue" birds with red berries,tree and a two story house.

Background is tan. Tree has multi-colored leaves printed fabric on the tree with bark looking fabric for the trunk. Tiger cat is tone on tone yellow with orangish yellow stripes. The 2 birds are of solid blue fabric and each hold a red berry they have "picked" off the bush between the cat and multi-red two story house (this fabric has a black "marbled" vein running through it).

Done with machine applique and free motion quilting this cute treasure will grace your wall in style. Perfect for the country primitive type home.

I made this quilt when I had a shop in Old Town Spring in Spring, Texas. It is signed and dated September 2002 with the name of my shop "Handmade With Love" in the "Eclectic Barn".


This wall hanging is new. Made of 100% cotton with a cotton batting. Features a rod pocket on the back for easy hanging.
