This is a darling toddler tutu made with brown and blue tulle. Each piece was hand knotted by me to ensure a professional look. The tulle is knotted around double faced satin ribbon.

The tutu measures 20 inches around and the tails of the ribbon each measure 20 inches long.

All of my creations are made in a non-smoking and no pet environment.
