No, not 1972, but 72 pieces of harmonizing twinkly blue bits of stained glass sing for your enjoyment and relaxation. And they do make a sweet sound all together around their 4" diameter metal ring. Although they sway gently in the breeze, they are pretty tightly strung with durable fish line.
The "72 Blues" is 25" long from the very top of the split ring (not pictured) to the very bottom tip of the lowest blue member. The 72 pieces include: 12 pieces on the top round, 24 in the middle and 36 on the bottom and are all quality thick stained glass in blues. wow - that was a lot of holes to drill!
