This Bleeding Heart pendant is made of muted green Picasso Jasper with an awesome pattern on it with dried "blood" dripping from the wounds. The frame is made of copper, a combination of wire wrapping and forging. It took me almost an hour just to pound the wire super flat and thin, shape them into a heart shape in precision measurement, and finally perforated it one by one. Not an easy task to do since wire keeps expanding as it flattens. A lot of annealing, cooling, hammering, i felt almost like a blacksmith. Wiring the net takes twice as long to get the netting job super neat. And then there were finishing touches. Polishing, oxidizing, cleaning, repetitively, not necessary in that order.

The bail featured one Garnet bead in the middle of it.

Hand braided neck cord made of two colors, Cambridge blue and brown, high quality Suede. Very smooth. It's in the color combination that I probably wouldn't think of if it wasn't for the colors on the stone. They're almost similar to the stone color and compliment each other. The cords extend to 78 cm (30.7 inch) long without any clasps on. You simply tie the ends at any length you like. I think it looks great as a choker.

You can simple take off the neck cord and replace it with any of your existing necklace. I think it will also look great on bigger chain necklace.
