These are faceted prehnite cabochons, set in 14K goldfilled bezel studs. The translucent, pale green stones have a nice glow, made warmer by the yellow metal. Some wispy inclusions inherent to the stone may be visible, but I think they lend a raw and organic edge to the otherwise luxe appeal. Life is about enjoying contrasts :)

These post earrings are 6mm in diameter, an ideal size for studs. If you like prehnite but prefer a different metal and/or cut, I have some checkerboard studs in sterling silver as well.
