Hard green cloth cover is worn - see pics. Faded. Crack at spine - see pic-front and back. Owners name written inside front cover. Page 29/30 has tear. Pages tanned and some stains.

In no too bad shape for a 109 year old book. 8"h x 5 1/2"w.
