PAYMENTS:
We accept Paypal, Google Checkout, and Revolution Money Exchange ("RME"/"RMX").

SALES TAX:
The state of Texas requires us to collect sales tax on any purchases we sell in Texas. If you live in Texas and make a purchase from our store, the sales tax amount will be calculated and added to your order when you check out in Paypal or Google.

SHIPPING:
We package your jewelry investments carefully in cotton lined cardboard jewelry boxes and bubble mailers to ensure that they will arrive to you safely. For most items, we make every attempt to ship orders within two business days after you have paid for your items. Custom orders and made to order items take longer. Thank you for your understanding!

We ship to the address listed on your payment information, so please make sure that this address is up do date and correct.

DOMESTIC (U.S.) SHIPPING:
We ship via USPS first class. Delivery confirmation is included for your protection and ours. If you would like Priority shipping or otherwise, please send us a message so we can make arrangements. You will be responsible for the extra fees associated with any other shipping method. We insure packages over $50 in value. If you would like insurance on a less expensive package, please contact us so we can add it on at your cost.

INTERNATIONAL (everywhere else):
We ship via USPS first class international. If you prefer Priority International or otherwise, please contact us so we can make arrangements. You will be responsible for the extra fees associated with any other shipping method.

You are solely responsible for any and all customs charges, taxes, and other fees required by your country of residence. We cannot be held responsible for these charges, nor will we accept any cancellations or refunds based on these charges.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have any issues or problems with your order, please let us know by emailing us or sending us a message here. If we have made an error in your order, we will accept refunds sent in an insured package up to 14 days from the ship date. We ask that you send us a message prior to returning the item so we can know to expect it. If there is nothing wrong with your order, we may consider returns on a case by case basis, for store credit. Shipping costs will be subtracted from any and all refunds.

We apologize, but we are unable to accept returns on pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons.
