Your order will be shipped out within 48 hours of your payment received with the exception of orders placed on a Friday will go out the following Monday. It will be sent by Canada Post unless otherwise requested. There is only one shipping cost for your entire order rather than per item. However, this excludes custom and bulk orders as well as larger items such as our switch plate covers. All our pieces are packed in bubble pack envelopes via standard air mail or over-sized letter mail. Our jewelry is sent in beautiful organza gift bags with extra packing, if necessary, for protection. If you would like your pieces packed in a box, we will have to charge extra for shipping and can do so by special request but this would also mean the package would have to go surface mail and could take up to two weeks longer. We want you to be happy with your purchase but if there are any issues or concerns please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Let us know ahead the product is being returned once the shipment arrives we will refund your Pay Pal account (minus the original shipping cost). We take custom orders. If you see anything you like but have a different color choice or need a different size feel free to contact us with your request. We can match almost any color.
