Your items will be created immediately after payment. If we have the item in stock, we will ship the same day as payment. If we do not, OR if your item requires drying time or customization, we will ship within 7 days. Insurance is optional and must be requested by YOU. If you do not insure your package, we cannot be responsible for it after it leaves our hands.
