jewelry items: we strive to ensure well strung beaded items, however in the event an item breaks under normal wear and tear within 30 days of purchase, just return 95% of the pieces and we will restring it once for free! (buyer pays postage to us) and we will pay shipping via USPS to buyers original address! should we need to add and excessive amount of materials there may be a small nominal charge for doing so -(please check with us first if you are unsure) NOTE: normal wear and tear DOES NOT include catching jewelry on object, or other body parts as we have no control over the force that is exerted upon doing so.
