If you have any questions about your order, the jewelry items listed on my site, or any of the below listed policies, please do not hesitate to contact me! I am available via email 24/7 and will be happy to assist you and answer your questions. PAYMENT METHODS The preferred payment method is: PAYPAL. With PayPal you can pay using your checking account, or a VISA credit card, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card. I do accept payment with a money order or a personal check HOWEVER be aware that these two payment methods will delay the processing of your order. ALL orders with a payment method of personal check or money order will only be processed and shipped once the funds have cleared. If the payment is not received within 10 days of the date of your order confirmation, the order will be cancelled and the items released back into the store for sale. SHIPPING POLICY Orders ship within 3 days of receipt and confirmation of payment. Tracking information will be supplied via email. This policy applies for all items listed in the store as well as customer designs. The exception will be when additional insurance is required due to the value of the order. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS Returns are accepted within 30 days of the ship date of your order. Returns are ONLY accepted with a valid Return Authorization Number (RMA Number) obtained direct from me. All items shipped to me without this reference will not be accepted . Refunds will be issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected. Shipping costs are NOT refunded. A handling fee of 5% of the value of the item returned will be deducted off the total of the refund. Returns postmarked more than 30 days from ship date , will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued.
