RETURNS If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in the condition it was received within 7 days of receipt for a refund or another piece. Because custom orders are unique, refunds and exchanges of special orders will be considered individually. I will work to find a mutually acceptable solution. SHIPPING I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. Please let me know if you need your item right away and I will try my best to satisfy you. If i receive your order and payment by 2PM EST, Monday to Friday, I can generally ship the same day when requested. Shipments within the the United States are generally sent USPS first class mail. I recommend insurance, which I will add upon request for an additional $1.00 per $100 of value. Expedited delivery is also available upon request. Priority Mail (2-3 business days) is an additional $3.00. Please contact me for overnight delivery rates. International shipping is available to any location permitted by the United States. SALES TAX Sales tax of 8.875% is required to be paid on the total cost (i.e., including shipping) of any orders that are shipped to New York State. CARE: Please handle your jewelry with care as it is delicate and handmade. However, in the event that an item does need to be repaired please contact me and I will do my best to satisfy you. REPAIRS: Items that arrive damaged will be repaired with no additional shipping costs or charges, provided that you have notified me within 2 Business Days of receipt of the damaged item. All reasonable repair requests within the first 120 days of purchase will be made free of charge, other than shipping costs. SPECIAL REQUESTS Please don't hesitate to contact me if you're interested in an item that has been sold, or would like a listed item in a different material (i.e. silver to gold). You can also let me know if you'd like a different style of clasp or earring wire. Where possible, these changes will be made at no additional cost or a small additional charge.
