Thank you for visiting A Special Day Designs. All of the treasures here are handmade by me especially for you.
Payment
I accept Paypal (which accepts credit cards or checking account access), check or money order. All payments are in USD. Please note that if paying by check or money order, your item will ship once payment has CLEARED and in some cases your item will not even be made until payment has cleared. This will add time to your actual delivery date.
Shipping
I ship USPS first class or priority domestically and internationally. Items typically ship within 4-6 business days, as I start making most of my orders when I receive them. If you would like a specific or different shipping method, or need something shipped super fast, please contact me for additional shipping cost information.
PLEASE NOTE - If you are a buyer outside of the United states, please know your country's restrictions and customs policies. You will be responsible for any customs, duty, fees, taxes or international requirements, etc that may apply to you.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hand make all of my items with great care and pride. If you have any kind of problem please just contact me! Personalized/custom orders are non-refundable.
Additional Policies and FAQs
All of my items are handmade by me and all vary a bit. I use all kinds of flowers, foliage, wire, beads, gemstones, and fabric. This adds to the uniqueness of my items, with some of my supplies being vintage or one of a kind. I do try to source as many Made in USA products as possible and avoid mass-produced, cheap items, for sustainability. I try to use cruelty-free, vegan materials.
