I stand by my work. If you have a problems with one of my bracelets ( charm falls off etc.) that is due to my craftsmanship. I will repair it or replace any missing charms for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase at NO charge. ( as all of my bracelets are original and unique, I cannot guarantee that I will have an exact replacement, but I will come as close as I can.) Email me and notify me of the problem, ship it back to me, and after I repair it I will ship it back to you and refund you the cost of shipping you spent to send it to me!! I want ALL of my wonderful customers to be pleased and happy with their purchase(s).
