I always try to ship my orders within a day or two of the sale. Sometimes life happens and may take a little bit longer, but not usually.

If you live in NY I have to charge you sales tax. Bummer, I know. Unfortunately because NY has different counties with different rates, it can't be added to your purchase automatically. If you make a purchase, please select Other as your form of payment. I will then send you an invoice with the correct amount and you can pay then.

I hate when it happens but sometimes a hat just doesn't fit, or look right on you. Please let me know if you're not satisfied with your purchase. If the hat is too big, I can make you a smaller one. When you send me the hat back, I will send you another one.
