Welcome to my shop! This is the place to buy jewelry for YOUR life. If I don't have the piece you want I'll be happy to try meeting your needs with a custom made piece. Also, be sure and check my gallery for inspiration pieces! I have many pieces not yet listed so feel free to ask! I may have just what you're looking for on hand but haven't had the chance to get listed.

First and foremost, I want you to be happy with your purchase. I use the highest quality materials available at the most reasonable prices.
If there is ever a time you are not pleased with your purchase or need my assistance please contact me immediately...even if it's been a while since your purchase. I'll do whatever I can to assist you to your satisfaction.

Payment
I accept PayPal and Amazon Payments because these methods protect both of us and allows you to use credit cards, echecks, transfers, etc. PayPal buyers must have a verified address. If you want an item shipped to a different mailing address please make that clear when ordering! If you choose to have an item shipped to an address other than the verified PayPal address please double check the address for accuracy. The United States Postal Service will sometimes question the address given. If that should happen I will contact you for address approval before shipping.

Taxes: Missouri buyers will be charged 7.600% Sales Tax.

I require a non-refundable 50% deposit when a custom order is placed with the final payment due before shipping. Orders not paid for within three days from the final invoice date will be made available for purchase to other buyers unless you contact me to work out final payment arrangements.

If you need to cancel an order please notify me ASAP! Contact emails are sent to my private email address as well. We all click the wrong button on occasion, mistakes are bound to happen, after all we are human. Please be considerate and let me know as soon as you realize the error so we can both be satisfied with the transaction. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled!

Oh yeah! I accept only good old American dollars and cents.

Shipping
All orders valued under $50.00 will ship via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation unless otherwise requested. I suggest but do not require Insurance. Orders with a total value of $50.00 or over will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail and Insured. Please be aware that I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages not covered by insurance. In the event of loss or damages I will certainly be happy to attempt to replace the item for you but I cannot guarantee the cost or availability of the exact same materials. If you have insured your item I will replace it an no additional charge. Any item not insured will be replaced at the best price I can afford to offer due to the fluctuation of material costs. I promise to do my best to meet your needs. I will be happy to combine shipping costs on items shipping to the same destination. Items shipped to separate locations are not considered combined item shipments. Please feel free to contact me about additional insurance coverage, shipping upgrades such as Flat Rate Priority or Express mail.
PLEASE NOTE: I am not trying to make money on shipping! Constant rate changes by the various shipping companies dictate my charges. I don't like to be ripped off on shipping charges and I won't charge you more than I need to cover my costs.

I try to ship on Wednesdays and Fridays. Sometimes that will vary but be assured I will contact you in the event of any delay. I will do my best to let you know the day an item ships. If you do not hear from me and are concerned for some reason, please contact me.

Local buyers who prefer avoid shipping fees are welcome to contact me to make arrangements.

I would really appreciate hearing from you when you receive your item in the mail! I tend to fret over these things and I'm always afraid something is wrong if I dont hear from you. Silly I know, but I do get attached to the pieces I make and sell. I consider transactions complete only after I know you have received it and are pleased with your purchase. Your satisfaction is my biggest concern!

All purchases require a minimum $3.00 S&H fee, even those delivered locally.

Shipping to countries or states outside of the Continental USA will generally be more expensive. Please contact me for shipping and additional surcharge quotes before making a purchase. As of November 27, 2009 all purchases shipped to countries outside of the United States will be sent via USPS International Priority Mail Flat Rate. This is the only way to ship and track your packages securely. The benefits to flat rate shipping? I can pack several items in one box saving you money in the long run. Also, after doing considerable research, I have found this to be the most cost effective way to ship outside of the United States.

Refunds and Exchanges
I stand behind my work. If you are not happy with your purchase due to specific quality or size issues you may return it in the SAME CONDITION AND PACKAGING
for a full refund or equal value exchange not including shipping costs. Return shipping fees are your responsibility. I strongly suggest purchasing insurance. Returned items. If they are damaged or lost during shipment I will not be able to refund your money or credit your account. Unfortunately, I can no longer accept returns on items for any other reason (i.e. you changed your mind). I try to describe my pieces in great detail regarding size, color, and style. If you have additional questions please request information before ordering. If you need an exact match on a piece please contact me to discuss the possibilities!

I will happily replace or repair any jewelry I create. Additional material charges may apply but I will not charge a repair fee. I will refund your return shipping costs on repaired items.

Items requiring repair more than once will be charged for labor and additional materials costs. I have seldom seen this occur but abuse/misuse does not constitute a lack of quality on my part. I am amazed at the amount of abuse most jewelry can withstand but blatant disregard and reckless behavior is not my responsiblity. Please be honest when requesting repairs. If you tend to be hard on jewelry please let me know up front and I can try to use heavy duty materials or suggest a different style that might be more suitable for you. As I once told a great friend and customer....delicate jewelry was not made to be worn while mucking about in the garden, barn, or during heavy duty chores. If you wouldn't wear your best clothes to do these chores or activities, please do not wear your best jewelry.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Please feel free to contact me if you require resizing before making a purchase. Some items, due to the construction methods cannot be resized. Most items can be special ordered to fit you. I make jewelry for REAL women and men not just for the small or average sized individual. The cost for resizing is nominal.

I enjoy designing custom pieces. Please feel free to contact me regarding private designs for special occasions such as Graduations, Weddings (including bridal party gifts, bridal jewelry, and family jewelry), Memorial jewelry items, etc. When you place an order for a custom item I require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

If there is a piece you really want but simply cannot afford with a one time payment I will be happy to work out payment arrangements through PayPal. All payments made are non-refundable. When the final payment is made I will ship your item. I really do want you to have the jewelry of your dreams and will do my best to make it possible!

Each piece I create is unique and one of a kind. you request multiples of a custom design. Even then I cannot guarantee that each and every piece will be identical due do the use of natural materials and artisan crafting. I am not a machine :) Please do not expect exact duplicates as found in mass produced jewelry.

I offer wholesale prices on the purchase of multiples of the same item for sale in private shops and boutiques. Please feel free to contact me for pricing. I will not sell single items at wholesale prices. The state of Missouri requires that I have a Sales Tax form on file for all tax exempt customers. Please be prepared to provide that information when requesting wholesale pricing. In the interest of maintaining a professional relationship, I will provide you with a contract to protect our agreement. This contract must be in place before special orders will be filled.
