PAYMENT

I prefer credit cards via PayPal, but I accept money orders and checks. If paying by checks, items will not be shipped until payment is processed. Payment has to be made within 3 days of purchase.

SHIPPING

Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Shipping outside of the United States will be International First Class parcel.

All packages will be shipped within two days unless payment is made by check.

I provide insurance on any orders over $50.00.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

A full refund will be given within 3 days of receipt and item is returned promptly in the original packaging and received to me in good condition.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

If you receive a broken item, please let me know immediately. Items must be shipped back to me in the original packaging. Please email me for any exchanges at angela(at) africansand.com. I'll work with you to make things right.

If you haven't received your package, please contact me. Everything I send has a tracking number. I will look it up for you and we will go from there.

Custom orders are always welcome. If there is anything that you would like to have made special, please email me. angela(at)africnsand.com. There is a payment plan for any items over $100.

Custom panels take 4-6 weeks to complete. Allow two weeks for any other items.

All of my work is guaranteed to be free of any defects. Lead free solder is used in the construction of my work.
