I ship worldwide as soon as possible after purchase, aiming for no more than 2 business days. I live in the mountains so winter weather can cause delays. I will communicate any delays as they occur. Any problems with receipt are handled on a case-by-case basis and resolved accordingly, including requests for refunds or exchanges. The items are one-of-a-kind but shipping problems happen, we'll work it out.
Alternative shipping arrangements (express, priority for current first class rates) can be made with notice and if paid for.
Shipping is generally domestic First class or First class International unless the weight exceeds 13 ounces, then it is domestic Priority mail and First class International. Particularly fragile pieces will be in boxes and appropriately cushioned, others will be in bubble envelopes or the equivalent. I recycle packaging when appropriate and generally do not charge a full handling/packaging fee. Delivery confirmation is usually used on smaller packages, but it is not guaranteed. Any known tracking numbers will be provided by the Paypal shipping notices. Delivery confirmation charges are not included in the shipping or item price. If you prefer other tracking or arrangements, please send me a note to negotiate what is needed prior to purchase.
Some sales, specials, or promotions may be handled via adjusted invoices. If this is unsatisfactory, please contact me to have a special listing made with the appropriate price. If the sales price is already marked, this will be noted.
