Alisuns' Policies

Each item in my studio requires a minimum of 4 hours for listing and promotion. I don't charge for the promotion hours, nor do I always charge for every creation hour. Enjoy the reduction in price. Please request a paper invoice if you would like one. I routinely do not include them in your shipment in order to package in a little more environmentally friendly manner. You may return any Alisun's handcrafted item in like new condition within 30 days, but pay the shipping. You will receive money back, including the shipping. I will repair or adjust any Alisun's handcrafted item as long as it has not been redesigned. You will be charged for additional stones or given a credit, depending on circumstances and my cost. Thank you for allowing me to recycle packing materials. Please note that no matter how much care is taken in the creation of a handcrafted jewelry item,they have very small parts which may break with rough handling. These items are not recommended for small children. Almost any style in my studio can be custom made for you. Custom orders require a 50% deposit. Should you change your mind for any reason, your deposit less the price of any components purchased for your item and a 15% (of the total item price) labor fee may apply. Times are tough: should you wish to lay away a specific item, you may do so with a 30% (of the total item cost) down payment. All items should be completely paid within 90 days unless other terms are negotiated at the time of purchase. I pledge that everything in my shop is hand-crafted; is either my own design, or I have legal permission to use it. I pledge to provide my customers with the highest quality product I'm capable of producing; to treat my customers courteously; to provide them with excellent service; and to conduct my business in an ethical and socially responsible manner.
