Orders ship the same day (if before 3:00 EST) that your payment is cleared. Exceptions are Sundays and Holidays.
I ship USPS (Postal Mail) First Class with Delivery Confirmation for Packages under 13 ounces. Upgrades to Priority Mail for packages over 13 ounces.
I trust my customers, but if the DC says delivered and we have both done *due diligence to investigate if you say you haven't received it...there is no refund.
*Due diligence being that we have both contacted Post Offices to see where and how package was delivered and where it may be now.
*Insurance on purchases over $50.00 included in shipping and handling. If you would like insurance on smaller purchase amounts please contact me.
*Customs Fees are the responsibility of the buyer.Please know the fees for your country.
*Contact me for a return authorization. Returns are not accepted without authorization.
*Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after you received your purchase. Must be in its original condition. Your return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
*Shipping costs will be subtracted from your refund and/or exchange. You are also responsible for return shipping.
*LOST PACKAGES-Delivery Confirmation is provided on all domestic packages. If you report an item missing and the DC confirms it was received no refund will be issued.*see due diligence clause in my shipping profile.
*Insurance Damage Claims. You must cooperate with the Postal Services for damage claims for insurance. You must take original package an ALL packing materials along with damaged item to your local post office to start the claim. You must send me photographs of said damaged package and items.
*Upon start of claim I will issue you a refund or send you another item if possible.
*Lost items will be replaced and shipped 30 days after notification of a lost package. This allows for Postal Authority and myself to ascertain the possible location of package.
*Custom Orders-There will be a contract of expectation of each party. This will be written and agreed by the parties.
*This agreement will define exactly what the custom jewelry will consist of, shape, material, time to construct.
*50% non refundable deposit required before order will be accepted. this is to pay for supplies.-There will be final approval with payment upon final approval.

*My Leather Cord Products should be treated regularly with a quality leather treatment to keep it supple.Avoid wearing the 5mm leather cordage if you are swimming or other water sports. The dye will stain your skin.
