Payment:
I currently accept Paypal.

Payment must be received within 10 business days, or I reserve the right to cancel the order. If there are any issues with paypal please let me know so the order doesn't get canceled.


Shipping:
All items will be shipped first class mail via the USPS. If you would like for the items to be shipped Priority, please convo me and the shipping costs will be adjusted.

Please allow 7-10 days after your order for it to arrive at your house (within the USA, allow more time for international orders). If it will be longer, I will let you know. Once you order your print(s)from me, I then order them from a professional photo printing lab. Once I receive them, I inspect them and then ship them out to you.

Prints up through 11x14 are are shipped in a stiff mailer, protected by a plastic sleeve and sandwiched between cardboard.

Prints larger than 11x14 are rolled and mailed in a photo tube. Lots of care goes into making sure this photograph gets to you safe and sound!


Refunds and Exchanges:
Please note that the colors of an image my look slightly different on your computer monitor than it does in print. If you are not satisfied with your product or it comes damaged, please let me know so we can work something out.


Additional Policies and FAQs:
Photos are not matted or framed.

All prints are signed and dated on the back.

I offer a varied number of picture sizes and prices. If you would like a different size than that is listed, please convo me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

I can also have any photo printed on eco friendly paper for a small additional charge. It is 100% post consumer waste and manufactured with wind energy. Feel free to contact me for more information!
