SHIPPING Orders ship within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment. (Excluding week-ends) All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail FREE of charge for United States locations ONLY. For an additional $4.95 PRIORITY MAIL is an option. Orders may be expedited for faster delivery at appropriate additional rates depending on the form of delivery service. If additional shipping services or insurance on items less that $50.00 is desired, please contact me and I will email you a revised invoice. Items valued at $50.00 or more will be insured at my expense. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS are charged shipping per shipping chart. Items shipped outside the continental US may take longer to arrive due to the postal service. RETURNS/EXCHANGES SATISFACTION GUARANTEED! Items damaged during shipping may be returned for either repairs or replacements. They must be returned within 25 days of the original ship date. Repairs are accomplished as soon as possible and will be shipped accordingly at my expense. A $5.00 gift certificate to use on your next purchase will be included with the return of your repaired/replaced items. If the item/items do not meet expectations you may return the item within 25 days of purchase for a full refund less any shipping charges, if applicable. Once the item(s) are received back the refund will be authorized to your mode of payment. Items are returned at buyers expense. Prior to returning the item, contact me to make arrangements.
