PAYMENT:
Accepted methods of payment are PayPal and Google Checkout. Paypal and Google Checkout are both a secure service which allows you to pay for your online purchases with your credit card.

Payment must be received within 2 days of purchase or the order will be canceled and the item will be re-listed.

SHIPPING:

If you have purchased a Crochet Plushie, please allow for a week for your doll to be completed. After a week, your doll will be shipped out and I will send you a shipping confirmation. Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery in the US before contacting me.

I do ship out internationally. If you are an international buyer, please note that the buyer is responsible for all taxes and custom fees which MAY apply. Please allow for 4 weeks delivery time for international shipments before contacting me.


PATTERNS:
If you have purchased an Ami Amour pattern, you will receive a PDF pattern to your email within 24 hours of payment. The pattern will be sent to email address associated with your artfire account unless you specify a different email address in a message to me.

If you have not received your pattern within 24 hours, please contact me at amiamour@gmail.com

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
There is absolutely NO refund for patterns once they have been sent. If you have purchased a pattern thinking it was a finished doll, you may cancel the order and the payment will be refunded provided I have not sent out the pattern to your email.

Refunds are available if you are not satisfied with an Ami Amour crochet plushie.
