I request that payments be made through Paypal or Amazon, please. I stand behind what I create and posted items may be returned within 10 days, in original condition, if you are not completely satisfied. If you EVER have a problem with one of my creations, please let me know--I can re-sew a button, make an alteration, etc. for no or little cost to you! Your satisfaction is my primary concern on custom orders. A 50% deposit of agreed-upon price is requested to begin the project. Web photos, email and phone calls can assure you that you will love the completed item. The balance of price is due before shipping and custom items may not be returned. (Dont worry--youll love it!)
