I ship USPS First Class, free to U.S. and Canadian locations, and will send your jewelry by the next business day after receiving payment. If your jewelry arrives in a defective condition, notify me immediately for repair or exchange. I will often--but not always--be able to make adjustments to the piece.
If there is some other reason you don't like the item, e-mail me about that, too! I will issue refunds if necessary. I'd like to hear within 3 days. I'll issue the refund when I receive the returned jewelry in good condition. Buyer will need to pay for return shipping, though.
Length of necklaces and bracelets and different findings for earrings are best adjusted before I ship. Please let me know if you need such a change. For example, I have sterling silver leverbacks for earrings and can change most designs to accommodate those. I also have niobium earwires, which are considered hypoallergenic. The colors do not match all my designs, however.
