I accept Paypal, and all major credit cards as payment. The credit cards are processed through Paypal services, but you don't need a Paypal account to purchase. I do not accept check and money orders. I apologize but I don't accept international checks or money orders, or bank transfers. Each item is hand packed by me alone. I do not rely on anyone else to pack my orders. Each handmade item is handcrafted by me, right down to the hang tags on the pouches to the decorated tins. Each piece of glass is rinsed, washed, inspected and wrapped prior to shipping. Each kit is assembled by hand right here in my studio. Please allow for the time it takes to create and properly pack your order prior to shipping during peak shopping seasons.
All shipping is through the USPS unless otherwise stated or arranged. I do combine shipping and issue refunds at the time I print your shipping label. If the shipping address is a US address and you were charged $5 or more for shipping, your order will ship Priority Mail (2-3 days shipping).
INTERNATIONAL shipments are shipped USPS unless otherwise arranged. All customs duty fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not mark international orders as "gift", that is against the law and I could face heavy fines and/or lose my business license.
DELIVERY TO OVERSEAS PO BOXES: To prevent any delay on international shipping, please provide a telephone number if your order is being shipped to a PO Box outside the U.S. Customs forms require that I provide a telephone number on the customs form if the package is addressed to a PO Box.
I COMBINE SHIPPING. If the shipping exceeds the cost of shipping (postage + packing materials + insurance) I will reimburse you. I typically do this at the time I print your label. This way you receive the best possible refund. Please contact me either through message or email (email@example.com) to alert me to additional orders, if necessary.
I always ship to the address on your Artfire order unless you indicate otherwise.
