I accept payment for US sales by moneyorder, personal check and processes major credit cards through PayPal. If you do not currently have a PayPal account, the process to establish a secure account is quite easy and convenient or you may simply use PayPal to process your major credit card payment.
The PayPal payment should be completed in 3 days of the initial purchase, otherwise, the item will be re-listed unless other arrangements have been made.
If you are mailing payment (US customers only) please notify me immediately and have your payment postmarked within 3 days.
Personal checks will wait until check has cleared.
International purchases (made from outside the United States) will only be accepted by PayPal.
Your purchase will be shipped via the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation within 5 business days, usually less, following your cleared payment.
For international buyers, because of the cost or unavailability of delivery confirmation, it will ship out regular air mail with out tracking. I notice it usually delivers with in a week to most of the places. If you don't receive your item within 2 weeks of your order, please contact me right away.
For mother earth, I usually recycle all our packaging stuffs. The package won't look too pretty when you receive them. However let me know if this is a gift, I'll put them in a nice box for you, free of charge. If you want to receive it with a gift box, let me know as well.
Refunds and Exchanges
I want my every customer to be completely happy with my creations. I try best I can to provide accurate pictures and descriptions. However if you are not satisfied with the product, I have a 7 days return policy. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know of your returning. The item must be returned in original and unused condition. Refunds will be issued through whatever payment you use to pay the item minus shipping charge.
All items come with 45 days workmanship guarantee, of course of normal uses.
If you need to repair after the 45 days, there is a small fee depending on the materials and time needed to repair it.
