Payment:

We prefer Paypal, and payment is due at time of purchase.

Your Artfire shipping address should be the same as your confirmed PayPal shipping address... if not, please update your PayPal account to include your Artfire shipping address.

As a courtesy, we accept USPS Money Orders. If paying by USPS Money Order, please contact us to make arrangements for payment.

Massachusetts residents are subject to a 6.25% sales tax on purchases


Shipping:

We ship via USPS First Class Mail.

We also ship via USPS First Class Mail International.

We are not responsible for reimbursement on lost or damaged uninsured items, but will provide Insurance at an additional cost, if you request it.

We provide Priority Mail or Fedex shipping at additional cost, if you request it.

For Insured or Expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote before you purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and will gladly do everything we can to make sure you are satisfied.
