You will not receive a physical patch to sew/iron on, you will get a design file to stitch out on your computerized embroidery machine. We can not deliver items we do not sell. Artfire does not offer instant downloads, your design files will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your completed payment. You MUST have a computerized embroidery machine as well as the proper hardware and software to transfer our designs to your machine. Please read item descriptions carefully and email us with any questions before purchasing. Due to the digital format of our designs and the ability to copy them, we can not offer refunds. All sales are final. If there is a problem with the design, please email us. We will be happy to help in any way we can to resolve it. ***We can not offer support if you have altered/changed our design in any way*** We are not responsible for mistakes caused by your machine. ALWAYS do a test run of your design to make sure your machine settings are correct before attempting to put it on your project.
