Buy with confidence on any item I sell. Store credit or refunds are available on any item with the exception of custom orders and personalized items including embroidery. Please remember that the item must be returned in the same condition it was originally sent to you and I must be notified within 10 business days of your purchase of your intent to return the item. Most all of my items are available for customization or personalization at an additional charge. Please remember your item may not be eligible for a refund in this case. Shipping is standard USPS priority mail unless otherwise noted.
