Shipping policies: Please contact us with any questions or requests regarding shipping items before buying. We strive to find the safest and most economical carrier for shipping. In most cases we ship through USPS, and shipping prices include insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation. We do our best to ship your item within 3 days of receipt of payment. Multiple item orders can be boxed together, as long as it is safe to do so. All items are packed for safe delivery. We try to recycle pre-used shipping materials when possible. Often, the results are not pretty but practical! Insurance is available for all purchases at standard postal rates. For lightweight or inexpensive items there are no additional shipping charges. Heavier or more expensive items have "ship with other item" charges to cover higher postage. For multiple item purchases, the increase in shipping rate per item allows for the automatic addition of insurance. Refunds and Exchanges Unworn, undamaged pieces in original condition of purchase may be accepted for return if contacted within 7 days of receipt for store credit only.
