Your painting or print is shipped in a collector's plastic sleeve, in a ziploc bag and packed in clean cardboard. Your jewelry is shipped in a nice gift bag, then in a plastic bag and inserted into a bubble enveloppe. I ship your order within 2 days from your payment. Shipping time for all items is between 5 and 15 business days, depending of your country's customs rules. I accept Paypal only. I use Canada Post Letter-Mail or Small Packet service. No tracking number is provided. Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not completely happy with your purchase and you want to return an item, please contact me within 7 days for instructions. I will refund the cost of the item (not shipping fees) when I receive it from you. The item must be returned in the same way as it was shipped to you, and I must receive it in excellent condition. Colors of the picture may be slightly different from the actual item because of your monitor settings. The original artworks (except oil paintings) are sprayed with a fixative for protection. The copyright text on the images does not appear on the actual piece of artwork. Artist retains all the reproduction rights.
