Payment

Your order will be started as soon as payment and artwork/text is received. A 6% sales tax will be added to purchases from Vermont.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please note that I cannot wait longer than 14 days for the submission of your artwork in the correct format, your custom text, or for approval of a layout.

Custom orders are non-returnable - if you are unhappy with the way your item turns out please let me know and I will fix it. Digital printing on textiles on a small scale is a relatively new process and is not perfect. Also all my items are handmade, small variations are to be expected

I do send a proof of your custom design layout as a message that you need to approve before I start printing your order - please expect it. I do not print without an approval. No changes are possible after I print your order.

When submitting text or artwork from someone else, please be aware of fair usage and copyright limitations. I do not print artwork that the customer does not own or have permission to use.

By placing an order with artfulbeginnings.etsy.com, you assume full copyright ownership for your submitted material and release Artful Beginnings LLC from any copyright infringement liabilities.

COLOR:

Please be aware that color on your monitor will look different from the actual color printed on the final product. I will only reproduce the colors in my color chart.

All my custom items (except for invitations/announcements and scrolls) are dry cleanable if silk or hand washable if cotton.
